Paid pilot and partner model

From the first call through a paid pilot in your environment to a decision on an annual software licence.

Paid pilot

Pilot: 4–6 weeks in your environment

The pilot validates check quality, usefulness of the evidence and time savings. Current planning frame: four to six weeks, up to about 25 devices.

  1. 1

    Scoping

A call on goals, check scope, contacts and success criteria.

  2. 2

    Approval

Agree on and approve access rights, data flows and any use of AI together.

  3. 3

    Set-up

Collect configurations and inventory data in your environment strictly read-only.

  4. 4

    Check runs

Generate check results with evidence and review them together.

  5. 5

    Re-check

Check again and document after you have implemented changes.

  6. 6

    Wrap-up

Results report, measurements and a decision on next steps.

You receive

  • Check results with configuration evidence
  • A check report with recommended actions
  • A re-check after you have implemented changes
  • Measurements of check quality, usefulness of the evidence and time savings

You provide

  • One technical contact
  • Read-only access to up to about 25 devices, via SSH for Cisco IOS/IOS-XE
  • Time for alignment and the joint review

Running another technology or platform?

Today the prototype is available for Cisco IOS/IOS-XE. We add further technologies and platforms based on customer demand, market demand and technical validation. We clarify demand and feasibility in the scoping call.

Partner model

Partner model for IT service providers and system integrators

Planned

A partner model is planned for IT service providers and system integrators who manage customer environments. Partners can use SigXOS as the basis for services of their own – with a platform fee and licence fees per managed customer environment. The API is intended to transfer check results, notifications and status to partner systems. If you are interested, get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Is software installed on the network and security systems?

No. In the pilot, configurations are collected strictly read-only via existing access – via SSH for Cisco IOS/IOS-XE. In the target architecture, a dedicated SigXOS component per customer environment, the SigXOS Edge, performs collection and checks.

Which access rights does SigXOS need in the pilot?

Read-only SSH access to the agreed devices. We agree on check scope, access rights and data flows together beforehand.

Where is the data processed?

In the target architecture, a dedicated SigXOS component per customer environment collects and checks the data; credentials and raw configurations stay with the customer. The central platform is operated in the EU/EEA and provides licences, versioned check packages and signed updates. For the pilot, we agree on the operating location and data flows together beforehand.

Is AI used in the pilot?

Only if agreed with you. Whether and how AI explains findings and prepares measures is agreed before the pilot – including model choice and data sharing.

Does SigXOS make changes to my systems?

Not in the pilot: the process ends with a report and recommended actions. You implement changes yourself and SigXOS checks again. Controlled changes are part of the target architecture – only after explicit approval of plan version, target systems and time window, with the initial state backed up, a prepared rollback procedure and subsequent verification and documentation.

Which technologies and platforms are supported?

Cisco IOS and IOS-XE in the prototype. Further technologies and platforms, for example HPE Aruba Networking, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and HPE Juniper Networking, as well as Linux and identity platforms, are possible extensions based on customer demand and technical validation.

What does the pilot cost?

The pilot is paid. We agree on scope and terms in the scoping call.

What happens after the pilot?

The results form the basis for your decision on an annual software licence. Prices and package limits have not been set yet.

Is SigXOS a fit for your environment?

You need to check and prove configurations regularly? Let’s find out in 30 minutes whether a pilot makes sense – directly for Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, for further technologies and platforms based on customer demand.
